Return & Exchange Policy

Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!

Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping
label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift
Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your
item(s) are delivered to us.

Unfortunately due to an increase in online fraud and returns
abuse, we can no longer provide cash refunds on returns. We do
however offer full store credit or exchange with help from our
concierge styling team to ensure you find the perfect item for you.

Formosa LLC issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

- Is canceled by Formosa LLC

- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed Formosa LLC will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund.

Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Refunds/ Exchanges/ Credits will also not be accepted if items
are not in their original condition, with tags attached (including the
plastic bag packaging).

Final Sale Items

All items which are marked final sale on the product page are
considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for
store credit. We can however do a size exchange if the size you
are looking for is in stock.


We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of
your purchase. Please submit a help query
to if you decide to cancel your order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, but have not yet
been shipped we will offer a partial refund, after charging a 15%
cancellation fee. We will NOT accept a cancellation request once
the order has been shipped.
